Typically, orders before 10pm on business days (Monday -Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders after 10pm are shipped the next day,

Will I be charged for custums and duties?

Usually there will be no import fees for orders within the EU. However, if this might be the case then these are not included in the purchase and shipping price and will be the responsibility of the customer to settle.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of your original order. We will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the process.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds for approved transactions will be credited back to the original payment card or account used for the purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. The duration can vary significantly depending on the policies of the card issuer, and unfortunately, we have no control over this process.

I have a faulty item. What can I do?

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, kindly reach out to us at Please include a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, along with your order number. Rest assured, we will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you!

Please note that bags & accessories damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
